| TRAINING Speacializing in the disciplines of Hunter & Jumper, Kendra offers 20 years of serious horse experience. Growing up at large show barns, she has been riding, competing, and caring for horses from a very young age. Not being able to afford a horse of her own as a child, she worked at the barn to help pay for lessons and catch rode any horse she could. By her early teen years, Kendra was riding and training any horse that was in the barn that no one else could ride, or would want to get on. This taught her how to deal with green and problem horses. She has qualified and competed at the Washington International Horse Show and the National Horse Show. Kendra has also trained and competed in dressage and cross country jumping, competing in numerous horse trials. Today, Kendra enjoys taking young horses off the track, retraining them for the hunter/jumper world to give them a new job in life so they are not sent to auction, and then finding them good, loving homes. Although she specializes in training horses, Kendra has also given lessons since the age of 17 and would be more than willing to help you achieve any goal you are striving towards. |
